About Me: Katelin Kelly-Thomas

I am a mother, partner, and proud member of the 2SLGBTQI+ community. My journey as a mother of a spirited boy, along with my experience as a birth and postpartum doula, has shaped my deep passion for supporting individuals and families during the transformative experience of childbirth.

I am a Certified Birth Doula with DONA International and completed full-spectrum doula training through the Our Earth Certified Birth & Postpartum Attendant program. This training equips me to provide compassionate care not only during labor but also through extended postpartum support. Whether you’re setting birth preferences, making informed health choices, or navigating postpartum planning, I am committed to helping you every step of the way.

As a full-spectrum doula, I hold space for processing all birthing experiences and provide a safe, supportive environment for navigating the sacred journey of pregnancy, loss, and release. I can assist with planning postpartum care, building community connections, and finding resources that fit your needs.

Having had a doula at my son’s birth, I understand the profound importance of having a strong, supportive team. My goal is to help you achieve your birth vision by offering evidence-based information and emotional support, and by teaching comfort techniques that you and your partner can use during labor. I honor the sacred space in which life is brought into the world and strive to ensure that your birthing experience is one that aligns with your individual goals.

In addition to my doula services, I am a licensed massage therapist, and I offer various forms of healing support during labor and postpartum. I’m trained in polarity therapy, sound healing, and mindfulness practices, allowing me to create customized meditations for hopeful birth outcomes. My goal is to be a compassionate, grounding presence as you journey through birth, loss, or any other reproductive transitions.
